Hi! I'm Sharika. I'm the mother of four beautiful energetic children and the spouse of an absolutely, positively fantastic man. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and I am a complete foodie! Tell me where there is some really awesome, mouth watering, wheeww girl you have got to try this, food is...and I'm going! I also enjoy meeting new people from various walks of life, but most importantly I really enjoy helping people. I know it sounds cliché, but I'm serious, I really do. I want everyone to have the ability to set goals and be proud of the work they have done to reach those milestones. I'm the person that will cheer anyone on, even if I don't know you. There's nothing like witnessing true happiness from someone's success? It's different for everyone, some people cry, some people fall out, some folks shout like they have the holy ghost, some scream for joy! When you can see that kind of true joy it becomes so contagious you can't help but smile your self. I believe laughter is ultimate medicine. With so much uncertainty, fear and chaos in the world; and in dealing with things we sometimes can and most of the time can't control, we have got to bring some sort of joy into it. So when you go out today remember to smile! You never know what that small gesture will do to someone else's life.

I originally started this site to help people just like you achieve their goals, while dealing with the struggles of MS. Living with MS is difficult but it is not impossible. I've found that often times people have gotten the MS diagnosis and they immediately feel like life is over, but I'm here to tell you now. That it's not! I'll be using my MS in the Mix Plus Six blog to talk about my very own experiences living with Multiple Sclerosis while continuing my roles as a mom and spouse. While I have the actual disease my family lives with it as well, so I feel it's important to discuss their part of this journey as also. Our lives have been changed since I was diagnosed, and while things have been annoying and hard, we've endured, and so can you! I really hope you enjoy it, and if there is ever anything you want me to post about feel free to comment or shoot me an email. Y'all be blessed and be safe!
